If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with finding out why I do things or why I don't do things. Things in the book seem so clear to me when other things do not. There is always something there for me to think about.
