If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book helped me to make my work life and the work I do at home and in all aspects of my life sane. The topics covered are very basic and easily applied. One of my personal favorites is to "do the work once." Boy, has this piece of advice saved me a lot of time and unnecessary work! My efficiency has really increased using this.
