If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with identifying and recognising particular types of personality traits in people and helped me to communicate with different types of people through recognising particular emotional characteristics and understanding why people react the way they do.
