My ability to confront life went way up during the Purification Rundown,* as I was always embarrassed about the way I acted. I can now be more myself. I am currently on a further Scientology course which has again increased my ability to perceive.
*Purification Rundown: a special rundown (series of specific actions done on a case) designed to purify and clean out of one’s system the restimulative drug or chemical residues which could act to prevent case gain from Dianetics or Scientology processing.
