If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with how to observe and understand people and choose my partner, friends, business partners, and associates in a way that increases survival rather than decreases it.
