If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me. It answered my question: "why people are so irrational and destructive sometimes?"—and gave me the tools which changed my viewpoint regarding life. It brought me from observing life with fatality to being efficient regarding each area of life.
