This book really helped me with alleviating problems in a practical way. This book contains a lot of information to help anyone, and there are things that you can learn to do to handle difficulties you may be having. There is also a handbook course if you would like to do this thoroughly. Also the Scientology Picture Book is a very easy book for a basic understanding of what scientology is. In addition, of course I recommend Science of Survival to help to deal with other people and really understand them fully.
