ello, my name is Susan Conaway, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I'm a single woman in real estate sales. My early life was both happy and yet severely scarred by the sudden death of my mother when I was 14, and then my father when I was 20. I always had a lot of questions about life i.e. "Why are we here?", "Who and what am I?" Getting answers became very important to me, more important than anything else. I became determined to make some sense, some purpose out of what appeared to be the absolute FUTILITY of life.

     I read every "self-help" book - I had some "help" from a psychologist. None of this stuff was any good. I became progressively more confused and discouraged. I decided that answers to fundamental questions were not possible.

      In 1985, I read Dianetics, the Modern Science of Mental Health, which explained what the mind really is. I liked it. I read it over and over again. I had been a heavy cigarette smoker - all of a sudden I had no more desire to smoke! I was surprised and pleased - and curious. I walked into a Scientology Organization and got some Dianetics Auditing. Then I took a communication course. Boy, did my life change, rapidly and for the better! From that point on, my life turned around. There ARE answers!
