If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This is a book that really helped me understand what was happening in the work place and find solutions. I found that many other senior executives have also really found this helpful in tackling the situations they have had to deal with. Get yourself a copy.
