If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Dianetics Picture Book.
The book explained to me how Dianetics worked since I had things on my mind constantly bothering me and knew there was a way to ease my upsets. I wanted help and talking to someone did not get rid of what was upsetting me. It just kept it there but the picture book showed me how I could get rid of these thoughts that were constantly in my face.
