During my introduction program I read " Making Work Easier". This made a lot of sense and has enabled me to apply these principles at work and life. I get less tired and am in better communication with others. The Communications course really was great. This allowed me to BE in an area and really connect with people and communicate much better. I really feel much closer to my course partner (my girlfriend at the time).

     The Purification Rundown* was unbelievable. I had many realizations during this time: 1) You can make time for about anything you want to. 2) I had partied a lot and missed out on quite a few days which I could have enjoyed but couldn't due to being hung-over, etc.

     The Dianetics assist was really great. I was in pieces after a break up with my girlfriend. I felt so much better after just a few hours. After the second session I actually felt lighter and very much at ease.

* Purification Program: the purpose of this program is very simply to clean out and purify one's system of all the accumulated impurities such as drugs, insecticides and pesticides, food preservatives, etc., which by their presence and restimulative effects could prevent or delay freeing the being spiritually through further Scientology processing.
