ello, my name is René Steffensen, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am a teacher besides many other things. Teaching is my hobby - especially Danish and Chemistry as well as basic Physics.

     I am married to a wonderful Finnish girl since 9 years but we haven’t been able to have children. Instead of raising children, I’m working with the human rights of mental patients. Don’t ask me why it should be Mental Patients, but I happen to know a little about life in a Mental Hospital and I promised myself that this was so horrible that I had to do something about it.

     Actually what triggered me to work on making the society a better place to live in, was a little notice in a newspaper a long time ago, saying that 15 million children are fugitives of some war. I actually made my decision not to rest before the situation was bettered. It is a hard promise to live up to but it sticks.

     I want to learn as much as I can about life. This is my biggest interest. But defining words in the Danish language for what they really are, also keeps me busy - in short to make a good Danish dictionary.

     One day at the University of Copenhagen, studying chemistry the first year, I read a little notice about a study technology that should help one learning new things. To be honest, mathematics at the University level wasn’t my cup of tea. So I was curious to know more about it. Therefore I visited a Church of Scientology and found the offer so interesting that I learned this study technology. With this I found why I had difficulties in mathematics! Seeing that I could get help with the works of L. Ron Hubbard, I studied more and I have never regretted to take this step forward.
