If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with confronting and getting work done. Before I read the book I was working as an assistant art director. I was having a very hard time confronting work and there were areas that were confusing to me. When it came to actually, physically getting the work done, I would procrastinate because I really didn't know how to start. I would then rush and get it all done at the last minute and I never felt it was done right. I had already lost one job and was about to lose that one.
Then I read the book. I had a project to do at work that was really confusing to me. I applied what I read in the book about how to handle confusion and how to begin a job. I was then able to get the job done to the point where I could show it to the client and they were pleased and from then on things continued to improve.
I have no problems confronting work now.
