In February, midnight, 1986, during a very hot summer, I was all by myself at my apartment in Buenos Aires City. My father, mother and brother were out of town enjoying their holidays. Suddenly the telephone rang and I heard my aunt announcing to me that her husband had an accident and was asking me for help. I was not prepared to confront that situation so I got a fever, chills, I started sneezing and got body aches. When my uncle died 3 days later, I ran into a marked depression and felt no interest in life.

     My brother tried to get me enthusiastic about going with them to the beautiful, sunny beach of Punta del Este, but I could not change my bad emotional state.

     In that condition I went to the Buenos Aires Dianetics Organization and asked to be audited, which is to receive the process by which pain and negative emotion is relieved. I knew about L. Ron Hubbard's technique since the year before, but never had made time to start on it.

     I then met a fine auditor (the person who delivers the procedure), who gave me 25 hours of auditing in a daily schedule for 2 weeks. When my friends and family came back from their holidays a few weeks later, they could not believe their eyes! A NEW PERSON was standing just in front of them, yet, neither of us could foresee that this was just the beginning of a continuously happy and productive life. People around me kept admiring endlessly the miracles of the standard technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard for all of those beings wanting to be part of a positive game in which everybody wins.
