If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding myself and others. Reading this book was an adventure! So many of the events of my life were explained. I finally understood why people acted the way they do and why I sometimes responded in ways that I didn't understand. Understanding of life means the freedom to live!
