If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with all aspects of work. There is a very simple activity that one can do to relieve stress and exhaustion. It's called "take a walk" and it works. I totally recommend this book.
