I remember my first big win in Scientology which happened 10 minutes into my first session. I had this terrible ulcer which bothered me from childhood. I was willing to do anything to get rid of it, and it only took 10 minutes! After that I was really hooked. I had big wins after that one but the sharp difference between before and after was so significant that it was memorable.
