If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
I read The Problems of Work and applied to my job what was in the book. I myself changed due to being in Scientology and not doing drugs any more. What the book did was that my boss saw a definite change in me - told me to keep doing what I was doing and gave me 5 raises within the first year of working (after getting out of school). My work improved markedly and I made it fun.
