If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with finding answers to the riddles of the mind. How does it work, why people act the way they act and overall, is there something that I can do about it. I got such a confidence in myself from that book. And I have reached the state of Clear* as described in the book, which is not easy to describe in words. Once you have read the book, you can easily put in practice the principles of that knowledge by taking a small course at the nearest organization.
