If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with understanding how I could apply Scientology to my life directly. It covers a great deal of the important basic data on Scientology such as the relationship between communication, affinity, and reality and how you can use this to understand yourself and others much better. I use this every day and it has greatly improved my life.
