If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book is easy to read and has helped me understand myself better. There are processes that anyone can apply that are taught in the book. I feel that it helped me see things better and I'm happier. Another book is The Way To Happiness - a good moral code! Also I liked Have You Lived Before This Life ...all these are good.
