If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me. It gave me the tools to unload the burdens of life so I am more able to handle problems I encounter in life. I am also more rational in handling every day life, including my children and people I work with.
