If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with getting the idea that you can cause undesirable conditions in yourself and how understanding that can enable you to overcome them and succeed at whatever you are doing
