If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
I learned a lot of important basic information on communication, control, handling work, handling other people and the source of exhaustion from this book. Each time I re-read it, I learn something new and I have used the information over and over again to improve my productivity at work as well as to build more harmony in my relationships whereas before, this was an area of difficulty and mystery for me.
