If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with realising how much I could improve. I can see where I've gone wrong in the past and I won't make these mistakes again. It has helped me be far more professional in my work as well (read the article in it on professionalism!).
