If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Scientology Handbook.
This is a great step by step reference book on how to improve conditions in your own life and the life of others - your community, government, etc. This helped me to use the data because it's easy to follow. I could put this into use because it was easy and made so much sense.
