If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.

     This book really helped me with understanding people. It gave me information about how people will react in different situations and it gave me the information on how to spot and handle suppression in my life.
