This book really helped me with knowing and understanding the real reason people behave the way they did and why I was afraid to communicate to people.

This book explained about the mind and how it works; how it stores experiences from the past and how these can get triggered, causing unwanted feelings and emotions, etc. And it presented the technique to address these and become free of them.
