If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics:The Modern Science Of Mental Health.
Dianetics is by far my favorite book. The explanations contained in this book on the mechanics of the mind thoroughly changed my beliefs on what made people behave the way they do; what really holds people back and what you can do to change this - permanently!
