I experienced my first of many successes over fifteen years ago, after I'd received some news about a loved one which was so devastating that I believed I could not live with it. Somehow, still in shock, I stumbled into a Church of Scientology. In one Scientology counseling session the grief and despair I'd thought I would carry to the grave (and soon) were erased. More than that, I was then able to help the person concerned to turn life around so that it was even better than before tragedy struck. From this I learnt that Scientology heals and empowers the spirit, and this lesson has held for me ever since.
