If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me to know what understanding consists of and how to be control of the understanding around me; how to raise the affinity with an other person and how to be able to raise the communication level with someone.
