If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

     This book really helped me with the load I used to carry on my shoulders. It showed me how to alleviate the burden. More than that, it showed me how to get rid of it permanently.
