If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

     This book really helped me with many things. It is just one of my favorite books by L Ron Hubbard, since it started me off on a great adventure which has kept going and going.
