If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
There are many basic books with fundamental data I use, but this book handles confusion, why people go up and down and how to handle it. Any type of work I do, I apply this data and I am more efficient.
