Well, let's see - I've brought my personal life much farther up the line to what I consider ideal than I ever would have without Scientology. I'm very pleased with that. It hasn't hurt my performance as an entertainer, either. I have learned about the different moods of audiences and people, what we call emotional tone levels, and have learned to use this data to actually get people into a better mood, and liven them up. Hey, every entertainer needs to know that! I've learned skills in communicating that help me to communicate effortlessly and get along better with others, and help others get along better with others. I've also learned how to spot those people in business and in life who will cause you nothing but trouble and how to handle them. And there are a lot of those in the arts . . . .

     A major, MAJOR win for me was that, after receiving my first Scientology counseling, I found that I could finally write songs! I had never been able to write before, and this was, all by itself, life-changing. Now I am trained as a counselor, or an "auditor" as we call it in Scientology and Dianetics (read "Dianetics" and you'll learn why) and have helped dozens of others with their lives, and I must say that there is nothing quite like being able to perform again and again the kind of miracles that are possible with auditing. It has changed my whole sense of worth to be able to help others in this way.
