This book really helped me with the basics of living. The book lists all of the basic scales of Scientology and it makes living with other people very predictable. It lists the series of abilities as one receives the spiritual counseling of Scientology. If life doesn't make sense for you and things aren't going well, one can pick up the Code of Honor in this book and see what point of your personal code of honor that has been violated and truly feel better. It sets things right!
