If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with understanding life and the basic things on which it works. It helped to put me in control over my environment instead of the other way around.
