If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with learning about myself and gain a better understanding of who I am and why I respond or act the way I do (good, bad or indifferent) toward people and situations.
