In my teens, I was searching for answers - the more the better. There just had to be more to life than unanswered questions - why the inhumanities to man featured on the nightly news - why a new war that someday I would be chosen to fight in - why an array of hatreds between men, many solely based upon likes and dislikes that were hardly worthy of the many lives these hatreds took when the hatred turned to violence.

     Just before the magical age of 21 - the age one is indoctrinated to believe leads to many new and expansive freedoms - I did in fact find something magical. I found a technology that I could - and did - apply to help make life more livable.

     By applying the basics found in the books - Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and Self Analysis by L. Ron Hubbard, I began finding answers for myself that I had been looking for. Further applying the basics found in additional books by L. Ron Hubbard, Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought, Dianetics 55! and Science of Survival - I found still more answers. Life turned into a game that was much more enjoyable and fun.

     From reading the books I went into the Church of Scientology and began to train on more basics such as how to really and effectively be able to communicate. From there - well, I went on to study and apply many different principles I found truly useful and applicable to living life.

     Those answers I was searching for years ago - I have found many that work for me - and continue to find more in the works of L. Ron Hubbard. Read one of the books above - do the exercises laid out in Self Analysis - apply the basics of communication from Dianetics 55! - see for yourself. Finding answers that work is an adventure worth trying.
