I’ve always had an innate knowledge, understanding, and awareness that I was, am, and will forever be a Spiritual Being. Previous to any introduction I had to Scientologly Tech., I was quite uncertain about the ways that have been made available to us here on Earth to “tap” into this indwelling intelligence that exists inside of us all, and was a bit turned off by the majority methods of Spiritual Cultivation. Although I was greatly inspired by the writings of all the Eastern (Asiatic) philosophies that I came across, the amount of time it took to apply the Meditations that were suggested to reach the high level of Spiritual existence I was searching for was and is not available to me. I live in a modern, fast paced world, and as an Artist (Actor, Writer, Painter, Philosopher, Poet) that loves to create I did not take well to the idea of sojourning in a faraway Monastary or Temple for the rest of this life-time to achieve the Spiritual goals I have set for myself.

     Of course this created a seemingly impossible impass for me. I love to interact with modern-day society and the vastly diverse beings that make it up, so the secluded life of the Monk was far from appealing.

     Then I was introduced to Scientology and its Technique - or Technology - and soon found out about its astonishing relationship with the very Philosophy that had captured my attention from the get-go. I have now found the method I have been searching for all along! And it was right in front of my eyes the whole time! It is the only modern day form of Spiritual Cultivation that I have come across that cuts to the chase and deals directly with the Spiritual Being that exists within every physical being in the Universe and helps it to realize itself and its infinite creative potential. It truely, in every sense of the word, frees up the Spirit and lets it be.

      I’m just starting out, taking my first courses - beginning with the Purification - and have found that the Tech. is endlessly workable and applicable to all of life’s apparent difficulties, obstacles, and cross-roads. It is a Modern day and these times need Modern solutions to Modern problems. Scientology, to me, is it! There’s nothing scary or mysterious about it. Grab a book, any book, and discover for yourself the truth that is Universal to us all. One of my favorites is THE HYMN OF ASIA, another SCIENTOLOGY: THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THOUGHT.
