If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped. It has basic information about how to conduct yourself at work and be really effective. The basics it gave me helped me take on and handle more problems at work.
