I have been a Scientologist since 1967. Scientology has given me a very good understanding of people and life. The most general gains would be a vastly improved ability to communicate and an overall greater awareness.

     The technology of Scientology can be applied to every aspect of life to improve it. I find it invaluable in the handling of relationships, work, social situations, children etc. I find the codes of Scientology are sensible to follow and guide a person in the direction of a more ethical lifestyle. It has given me greater self-worth and personal integrity. It is not something you have to believe in. You apply some of the technology which works and then is yours.
