I was a very introverted girl before I got Dianetics auditing (auditing means using some processes described in the Dianetics book where somebody else helps you to do this).

     I never really talked to anybody I did not know. I was very reserved.

     If some strange people came up to me asking me what the time was, I got all red in my face, nervous and I did not know what to answer them.

     I did not really know why I got all red in the face or why I got nervous.

     After my Dianetics auditing I felt I could talk with anybody I met.

     I have just gotten a job in a bakery. If I had not had the auditing, I would not have dared to ask them if they had a job for me.
