If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with giving me a direct answer to many questions about the problems in life. I feel it gave me direction and where and how to go so that I can improve my life. It was a very clear cut direction.
