If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Learning how to Learn.
This book really helped me to be able to read things without getting dumber. But not just that, but to use a dictionary and understand what I am reading.
