If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me to communicate with others and to understand why people behave the way they do. It also helped me understand what kind of people I wanted to have in my life and what kind of people I didn't. It has proven to be extremely valuable in my day to day dealing with people.
