This book really helped me with understanding the mind and how it works. There are very specific things that occur in the mind and Dianetics helps you identify them and deal with them. L. Ron Hubbard was able to isolate the one factor that no one in the field of mental healing understood. Dianetics will take you on a journey that will reveal to you the very reasons you haven't been successful at some things and better yet, show you very exact methods to eliminate those problems.
I enjoyed the book so much that I became a Dianetics auditor (Scientology Counsellor) and use the information to help others. It is FAST, SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE and it WORKS!
