This was one of the first books I read in Scientology. I was surprised that a book written for ordinary people could do so much to change my life. As a direct result of reading this book I was able to improve my relationships with my girlfriend, parents, teachers, associates, and even my enemies. I learned some things that helped me realize why certain situations were just too tough for me. Now I laugh at some of the things that were "too tough" for me as they are nothing compared to some of the things I comfortably face now.
