This book really helped me with understanding myself and how the mind works. This helped me in my work to understand people, and most of all to keep in control of personal situations and customer situations. If someone shouts at you, why react in the same manner when you can just walk away with a smile, not bringing yourself down to his/her level. To me understanding the mind was very important because for me it made it easier to understand people and why they do certain things.
