Being drug-free since the age of 22 has been a much better deal for me than if I were still getting high, having no ambition and considering that to have any fun at anything you've got to smoke pot or take cocaine. That's called a "trap."

     Communication is a key element in Scientology and since I've completed several courses on the subject, involving many practical drills with other students, I'm much less shy and withdrawn.

     In short, the entire way I view life has improved. And I used to have the idea that as one got older they also got worse. Not true.
